My name is Natrese, and I started LB Senior Support Services because I believe every senior deserves to feel safe, valued, and independent — and I wanted to do something meaningful about it.

My journey to this work is a little different from most. I spent nearly 20 years as a 911 dispatcher, being the calm voice on the other end of the line during some of the most frightening moments of people's lives. That experience taught me something important — when someone is vulnerable and needs help, showing up with patience, compassion, and reliability isn't just a job. It's a responsibility.

I also have a background in real estate and property management, which gave me a deep appreciation for how much a person's home and sense of stability matters to their overall well-being. For seniors especially, staying in their own home and maintaining their independence is everything.

I'm a Long Beach local and this community means a great deal to me. Every client we work with receives our personal attention — not a stranger, not a rotation of different faces, but the same person every visit. Someone who genuinely cares about your well-being and shows up when they say they will.
